It must have all original tags, labels, and packaging fully intact.
It must be free from any traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair.
Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Submit Your Request: Send an email to our digital care team at info@skylarte.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your message.
Get Your Instructions: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–72 business hours with the correct return shipping address and a return authorization code.
Ship It Back: Securely pack your item(s) in their original packaging and mail the package using a trackable shipping service.
Note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.

No physical inventory or returned packages are processed or accepted at this facility. > * Please do not ship your return parcels to this address. Any packages sent here will be automatically rejected by the building facility or lost in transit, which will invalidate your refund eligibility.
Always email us first at info@skylarte.com to receive the correct address for our dedicated logistics warehouse.
Once your return package is delivered to our fulfillment warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the item(s) and process your return.
Once approved, your refund will be automatically applied back to your original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement.
