  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a dedicated tracking number once your package has officially shipped.

📍 TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your package is dispatched, an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistics carrier to update the tracking status on their system.

⚠️ WRONG ADDRESS & MISSING PACKAGES

  • Check Your Details: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SKY LARTE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Redelivery Fees: If a package is returned to our logistics hub due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.

  • No Inventory or Local Pickups: We do not stock products, operate a storefront, or accept courier drop-offs/returns at this Ohio location. All merchandise is dispatched directly from our separate, specialized global fulfillment centers to ensure speed and safety.
